Which formats does Unzeep open?
It opens and extracts ZIP, RAR (RAR4 and RAR5), 7z, TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, TAR.XZ, GZ, BZ2 and XZ. It creates ZIP, TAR, TAR.GZ and TAR.BZ2; 7z and TAR.XZ are unlocked by watching a short ad.
Why does the app ask for "All files access"?
This permission is only used to list the folders on your device so you can choose what to compress. Nothing is sent to servers.
Can I open password-protected RAR files?
No. Password-protected RAR and multi-part RAR files are not supported.
Where are extracted files saved?
In the folder Android/data/com.unzeepw.app/files/Unzeep.
How do I use 7z, passwords or maximum compression?
Tap the feature and watch a short ad to use it.
